Veltre`s Pizza & Sandwiches in McKeesport

It kinda sucks that since you guys moved you don’t deliver to the places you use to ! Some customers don’t have a car to drive to Braddock hills and want good food ! You guys have great food! But I’m literally right off the street you deliver to and you won’t just turn right to get to my house ! Not cool ! I wish you can make a change ! I would spend my money but y’all dont want it so 👌🏽

I love their calzones and grandma's pie. They staff is always so friendly and delivery is prompt even on busy nights. I've also heard that their hoagies are great too but I love calzones so much that I haven't tried them yet.

Called for a pizza to be delivered was told they would not deliver to me but I was 1 mile away

The food is good, but it seems like the prices are always changing. Was just told a calzone was over $21 which is absurd, especially since it wasn't even a delivery. It's a shame, because I've been a long time customer, but these prices are just ridiculous.

My 'go to' pizza place. Their Sicilian pizza is one of the best in the area.

Ordered two slices warmed up..guy took 5 phone orders and the short haired cocky kid making pizzas was more worried about touching his phone between adding toppings than customer service. Cooking area not clean. Will not go back.

Awesome pizza.

It's my go-to pizza place I live by there. I've had better pizza but it's a safe bet there. My only complain is there seems to be some inconsistencies in the sauce meaning sometimes there's more sometimes there's less, it seems whoever's making the pizza makes it different or something but it's always pretty good

Horrible customer service. I was going to order even though their prices are outrageous, but I wanted to talk it over with my boyfriend real quick. When we told him we'd call them back, The representative on the line got an attitude, said "wow" and hung up. When my boyfriend called back to speak with a supervisor, he said "whatever" and hung up before my boyfriend could finish his sentence

This is a well-established business. My Aunt has worked at all of their present and previous locations. We grew up with Veltre's being a favorite place to go to eat, as well as The Veltre's Family being pillars of the community. The Veltre's truly know how to provide fabulous Italian food at a great price with a genuine family-feel and true hospitality! My family, and my husband and I are going to be eating Veltre's food and continue to be supporters of the business! Love it! Love them!

Consistently good pizza. With Covid you pick up the pizza through a window adjacent to the parking lot. I eat here every time I am in pgh.

I'm so fortunate to have a Veltre's close by! I crave it! It's everything you want in a pizza (++) place! The pizza is fabulous- from the perfectly baked crunchy crust, to the flavorful sauce, up to the pepperoni and melted cheese! And the salads are fresh and so satisfying! Having one tonight with a slice, and I'm really looking forward to it! Oh, did I mention that the staff is great?! Well, they ARE!

Called in a pick up order from the turnpike. Got there a little early, but had a great conversation with the staff and my preteen loved watching them make pizza. Never gets old. Probably had the best pizza that we've gotten there. Cost more than chains, but quality beyond others.

Good food, poor ethics. No delivery 10mins away bc of the "neighborhood". I have a vehicle and COULD pick up but don't want to and will not spend my money here bc of neighborhood bias. Very sad...

Veltre's has a comprehensive menu, similar to most great neighborhood pizza joints. I am typically a pizza purist and stick to toppings like cheese and pepperoni, but on a whim I tried their Buffalo chicken pizza and found it to be top notch. The chicken is good quality (not rubbery or fatty), and the sauce is definitely "Buffalo" without being overpoweringly hot. Their Tonno Tuna sub is also very good.
